I weight myself this morning since I can put weight on my leg every once in a while through the day (well the doctor really once to keep that next to nothing) and I weight  130.5 pounds.  Changing from high fat and protein and not as many carbs definitely does cause you to lose weight if you keep the calories down.

Trying to wear a shoe for the first time on my leg today, but the foot is still a bit swollen.  When I did put weight on the leg it feels weird,  like baby walking the first time I'm sure.  Who knows what a baby is thinking about that first time.

I need to enter into some wheelchair races to practice on my pace. :-)

 Breakfast:

Muscle Milk mixed with one egg, 4oz yogurt water and ice.

Snack:

Spinach and leftover yogurt

Lunch:

Grilled Salmon burger, one egg and mushroom and onions

Dinner:

One turkey cheddar polish sausage,

one veggie sausage,

mushrooms, onions, peppers, green beans, and corn

Good healthy eating day.

I think the TOU 1/2 as a wheel chair race would be the adrenaline rush of the century. Glad to see things are still moving in the right direction for you. Steady and true.

Mesquite had a wheelchair race, but I can't imagine having to do those hills at the end in a chair.
