I ran 11.3 miles in 7:09 in 1:20.  Finally go some sleep last night for being up for 40 hours with only two hours of sleep in that period.  Foot a little sore after run.  I know I should not have ran that far, but I had to blow off so steam.  In the mental aspect this is exactly what I needed and I don't regret.

My daughter slept from 12pm yesterday to 5pm then from 8:15pm to 6:15am in the morning.  What a wonder girl I have and she has the biggest heart out of anyone I know.

Jon - Thanks! our daughter is doing okay. Her doctor wanted to rule out any silent seizures because there's times she will stare in a trance. We have to get her attention to somewhat wake her out of it. It's a form of the NLD disability.

She has such a big heart, and acts like any other girl with really no handicaps. She just needs more special attention in learning at school. She can learn if you give her a set of instructions, but visual learning is where she struggles and that's why she was diagnosed with NLD.

You can put her in a room with different personalities and she can make friends with everyone. Like I said she has a big heart and loves people. Right now my wife and I have to spend extra time with her development in learning, fine/big motor skills.

Sorry to ramble on. I have the day-off so I guess I'm bore.

Hope things are going good for you and your daughter. I'm sure she brings much joy into your life.
