I had to work to 2am last night to test our database fail-over. We didn't quite get it working last week. This week was better. This Tuesday night maintenance maybe a standard for a while. Running for me right now is not that important.
I did the Arc Trainer this morning for 7.3 miles in over a hour something. I put the resistance at 7-9 and did hill intervals. I put the hill portion at 19% incline then it would drop to 10%. It was a good workout, but running is still more of a workout to me. My calves really did feel the workout though. I'm not going to do anything tomorrow to see if maybe I can run 16 miles Friday with Barry (on the blog). I'm trying to also schedule a acupuncture appointment which helped on my other foot. After the gym today the foot did hurt so I might have over did it today for this type of workout. Good attitude though, because I know that God is really the only important thing that matters and he can heal me in his timing.
