| Dave tells me we ran 16.6 Miles in 2:10 and change, an approximate 7:58/mile average pace. In preparation for the LR Marathon on the first weekend in March, we ran roughly the last 17 Miles of the Race Course, starting a block from our office building at Mile Marker 9.
