Today's run included the first 16.4 Miles of the Arkansas Traveller 100, 7.8 Miles of which is rocky single track along the historic Ouachita Trail. It also included approximately 1,000 spider webs in my face, a short stop to clear a hazard, and only 16 ounces of fluid.
