Went with Misty and Charity down to the park trail on 98th and met up with Danielle. I am still recovering. We did a nice slow 5 miles. It was muggy out ang humid.

My legs are finally back to there normal kind of soreness now. I hope your starting to feel more back to normal too. Man did we beat ourselves up down there. But its a good kind of sore.:)

Hey, I am wanting to start a few 20 mile runs in the next month and would love some company. Maybe we can get a group together, or just the two of us hit the road. I am new to this area so I don't know too amny places for good long runs. Let me know what you think.

James, yes definitely Ill run with you on your long runs. You have my number so just feel free to call for a run. I am working week days 6:30-4 and am usually free for the week days.
