Went up to Daybreak and ran 7 with Danielle and Misty in the wind. It was nice going out, but it the wind made it a harder than I wanted to run today. I am wiped out!

GOOD MORNING WALTER!!! What is with this wind???

From Walter on Wed, Mar 04, 2009 at 09:34:47 from 76.27.13.75

I hate it! Id rather it just storm and be done.

I have said it a thousand times, I'd rather have snow or rain than wind. It sucks.

Are you guys coming tomorrow morning? Julie and me are both going to come but run easy because of the 20 on Saturday. Great job getting some more miles in though.

Head wind is the worst. Glen (one of the people in our van at Ragnar) heard me and James W talk about the head wind, and his remark was to turn around and run backward... then it's tail wind. LOL

Michelle yes Im coming tomorrow. Kelli has my favorite pillow from her van as well as my good pair of running shoes. I ran Moab half a couple years ago with a strong head wind the entire way. This guy from France decided to pee while he was running and got some on the other runners which were luckily behind me. When we got to the finish this guy came up to me and wanted to fight because he thought it was me. He then looked over at the guy that did it and went over and said, in America we dont pee on others when we run and decked him! haha Oh you had to see that!

Camille, when I was running with Danielle this morning she suggested we park a car at the end of the trail so we can only run with the wind to our backs and then carpool back. That is thinking!

gross! James W was telling as a bunch of stories along those lines on Friday. I don't think I'll ever be *That* dedicated

Walter, I'm not ever going to run behind you again! Oh, wait it wasn't you...okay I'll let you get a head of me. This wind today was WICKED! I couldn't stand in it let alone run it, I think I'd go backward. Great job keeping those miles up even though you're still wiped. After getting your good pillow and shoes it will be better!
