I have three girls-Sarah, Brooke, and Bailey and a baby boy born in Jan. 2010 named Boston. I own a Concrete Construction company called Quality Footings and Foundations. Went to Bingham High and ran with the BBK group. We did a warmup on the street and then did interval running on the track. We did a 400,300,200,100 with the same jogging rest. my first set was 400: 1:10, 300: 54, 200:36, 100:17, Second set 400: 1:09, 300: 53, 200:36, 100: 17. Then we ran opposite direction on the track and did 1,2,3,4. First set 100:18, 200: 35, 300: 55, 400:1:13. Second set was 100: 18, 200: 36, 300: 54, 400: 1:13. Then a cool down lap and then I ran another 400 with Peggy at a 6:20 pace

Nice work Walter!! Once when we were jogging a recovery together I decided I was going to try to keep up with you as long as I could...too bad my 'fast' started and ended before yours did. Maybe next time :)

It is amazing to look at your splits and see you last 400 at nearly the same push as the first! I need to learn how to run with that kind of push and consistancy - I always bonk on speed work by the end!
