I ran with Danielle from my house up to Daybreak lake and over to the Temple 5 miles. Then I did a mile warmup with James. I started the race and did a great push with James. We made it about the first half mile and had no idea where to go so we waited for some Runners to tell us. The rest of the course was easy to stay on. I ran with James the whole way. Then pushed the last mile. It had a great turn out and the medals at the end had an angel Moroni on them.

Good run today! Thanks for pulling me along the whole way, it was good for me to run fast again, it has been a while. Hope the XC meet goes well.

Jon, you know how to push me into gear huh? haha Ok it is on! You still havnt convinced me into trail running yet though. So you better come out of retirement for a bit.

Burt, You guys are too far away to have me compete with you.

Hey Lucia! How are you? Did you get a new computer?

Cookie lover! Long time no hear! Hows the southern living now? Are you still running? Thanks for keeping in touch.
