I went up to Daybreak at 5 am this morning so I could make it to the Easter Egg hunt at Gene Fullmers at 9.  I ran with Danielle, While Misty ran by herself.  I went 9 miles with her at a bout an 8:30 minute mile pace.  Then I ran the last 11 miles by myself slowly increasing my pace to a 6:50 pace. It rained on us at the start and quit. Im glad I could get that in

I'm glad you ran early enough to make it to the Easter Egg Hunt. Duke has been running with my daughter Leslie so he at least gets a little bit of running in.

Kelli, go with a half size bigger on your shoes and alternate them.

Teena, my silent cheerleader! Hope you have a great Easter yourself. May the healing gods be with you!

Nancy, thats good your daughter is helping duke the bulldozer out! haha Duke would put me on the injury list if i ran with him. lol

Rachel, It only rained for about 10 minutes then quit and the winds subsided and I actually ran in a tshirt. It was a nice run.

Well its good to see you back Teena Marie! My running team is now complete! Ok its go time, but in a very very slow return approach. You have several years to build up to qualify for the Olympic trials. You Kelli, Bec, and all that are excelling so quickly will be awesome! Hope to see you out now.
