I went to Bingham High School to run with the BBK group. We were going to do a speed workout but too many of them are going to run Boston so we ran a nice even paced run.  I went off on my own the last 3 miles of my 10.  It was pretty nice weather out and started to trickle rain a bit. I say bring it. If its not going to stop, bring it! It makes out of state races that much better.

For the first time EVER I had you beat on the milage board... but just for a day :( I can't ever make it to out of state races.. so I need the weather here to get better!

Thanks for hanging back with us 'slow ones' today! That canal road was rough for me with the uneven surface, and I was exhausted. Great job getting all 10 in!

Lori, im the same way this year. It looks like ill be staying here to run. Must deal with the weather to go with it.

Rachel, you were leading the pack this morning what do you mean? I ended up running to my house because my wife left me at the school. So I got the full 10 in.
