I ran with the BBK group this morning and we did some hill repeats and stung the legs a bit.  I eased into it a bit today and it felt good. I have lost a lot of speed and need these workouts. I did  a total of 10 miles.

sounds like your getting your racing legs back. Nice hill work out.

From Michelle N. on Tue, Feb 03, 2009 at 10:45:19

Great run this morning. You are definitely getting your speed back. I thought you were still running slower when you were running with Julie and me this morning but you were "easing into it" and then you took off and ran like a mad man! My legs are tired and I think I just might be sore tomorrow.

From Jody on Tue, Feb 03, 2009 at 11:10:00

Very nice running today! Great job getting in 10 miles.

From Leandra on Tue, Feb 03, 2009 at 12:07:58

Great job gettin in 10 miles, i'm impressed!

From Kelli on Tue, Feb 03, 2009 at 16:23:32

I think you have NOT lost any speed.

From Rachel on Tue, Feb 03, 2009 at 17:02:17

If you've lost speed, I'm not sure I'm worthy to run with you when you get it back! I'm always impressed with your effort and consistancy. If I could get that down I'd be happy. Great workout and remember 'We LOVE hills!' (said trying to convince myself!)

From Camille on Tue, Feb 03, 2009 at 22:15:03

good run! I doubt you have slowed down.

From walter on Tue, Feb 03, 2009 at 22:18:35

Bill, slowly but surely. You were actually ripping it up on saturday everytime we hit a hill.

Michelle, I run best when Im mad! Thanks

Jody, As usual, good to see you out! Didnt you get 10 miles?

Leandra, thanks. I need to try and get at least 10 a day average for 6 day week. Since I missed yesterday, that means Ive got some work to do.

Kelli, thanks. I have though. 5:40 pace for Dels sol is going to be a challenge.

Rachel, you are always worthy to run with me! Just don't let that dog trip me! haha Thanks for the encouragements. You shouldve told your dog to try to keep up to me. Haha
