I ran by myself from my house up to daybreak and around the temple loop and back. It was a nice slow  7:51 average pace and had 2 hills to conquer. Coming down was pretty painful in the backs of my knees and butt. I am still sore from saturdays pounding! I need a massage bad especially my IT band. Very sore!

Nice 'slow' pace! Hopefully it helps you recover a bit and get some of that soreness out...you know you've got info on my recommended massager if you REALLY want one (and can't get in on any special deals this time :) )

From Walter on Mon, Jun 22, 2009 at 21:49:25 from 76.27.15.208
