I ran 9 hard miles today with the BBK group. I had mixed emotions on whether I should run more hills today.  Maybe I shouldnt have. I had some back pain from stopping after running up a hill and will be doing the Ibuprofen thing today.

I think I may opt for a tempo run next week if we are doing hills both days. That kind of kicks by trash! I hope your back feels better.

Its feeling better now. I will do the tempo run also. I need to do more speed workouts and less hills.

I feel the same way. My speed is getting much better because my legs are so tired from all of my classes and hills. I need a flat, fast run.

Okay, I meant to say my speed ISN'T getting better because of the hills and my classes. You are a step ahead of me, I haven't done ANY track workouts since before SG.
