Hey Now, I went down to 123rd and ran part of the marathon course with Misty, and Kelli. Danielle was supposed to meet but woke up late. We did a pretty good pace, I was tired and got to see some of the course and the couple of hills that we will be running saturday. Its a pretty good course. Not as scenic as Moab but what did you expect? Hey Now.

From Michelle N. on Wed, Mar 25, 2009 at 09:22:46 from 75.162.237.156

I knew you loved those 80's songs.

From Kelli on Wed, Mar 25, 2009 at 09:23:24 from 71.219.100.181

What was our pace? I hate not knowing!

From walter on Wed, Mar 25, 2009 at 09:27:04 from 76.27.13.75

Oh yeah Michelle, they dont play em like that anymore. ;)

Kelli Ive got 8:41 with stopping as I never stopped it. so Im guessing an 8 or so.

From RivertonPaul on Wed, Mar 25, 2009 at 11:39:50 from 67.42.27.114

Walter, be sure and turn right on Lovers' Lane during the race for a little detour in order to give the rest of us a chance.

From RAD on Wed, Mar 25, 2009 at 14:08:50 from 67.166.99.8

Yeah, you may not realize it but Kelli really took you the 'long' way to add on a few extra miles so that the rest of us have a fighting chance of not being last! Good job keeping up that pace in this snow this morning...I'm glad I had a sleep in day in my warm snuggly bed!

From Michelle N. on Wed, Mar 25, 2009 at 14:24:07 from 75.162.237.156

Rachel, you will not be last. You have improved SO much the past few months. I'm excited to see how you do.

From walter on Wed, Mar 25, 2009 at 22:06:50 from 76.27.13.75

Paul, lovers lane, got it! If you put some women out there to cheer me on Ill follow them. haha Ill save some refreshments for you. (oooh that sounded cocky) I honestly am not that way. Now ill get my clock cleaned huh?

Rachel, I was wondering why Kelli was so helpful. Are they giving a way a car or something? Humm?

From RivertonPaul on Thu, Mar 26, 2009 at 18:12:28 from 67.42.27.114

Walter in reality, I'm hoping you win. Dantley Young may show up and bandit the run, so if he does, we need to know if he's registered or not.

From walter on Thu, Mar 26, 2009 at 18:35:16 from 76.27.13.75

Tell him to sign up. I dont know how im going to run it yet. I have done alot of workouts on the trail. But I still havnt run it from beginning to end. What do you think your shooting for?

From RivertonPaul on Thu, Mar 26, 2009 at 18:43:33 from 67.42.27.114

I talked to Dantley at the gym yesterday, but couldn't get a commitment from him.

I have no clue what I can run, having never run a half before. And the course isn't all downhill, dang. So I was thinking maybe 58 minutes flat (HA). Being old and slower, something hopefully sub 1:30 range?

From Walter on Fri, Mar 27, 2009 at 08:40:47 from 76.27.13.75

Wow, I think 58 is a great goal to have. I always laugh at runners at the gym that tell me there training for a marathon and I ask them what time there shooting for and they say about 2 hours.

Wow, really? that will put you at about lets see, oh the best in the world. haha
