Went down to the park trail on 98th and ran with Danielle and Misty. Misty started to the south while Dani and I went north and tried to catch her. We didnt so she is gaining some speed. It was 37 which is a little more brisk than yesterday running in my boxers. lol Moab is in a few days so Im going to taper for it now.

Are you going to go tomorrow? I can not decide. I want 5-6 miles, but EASY ones and the area we are running is not easy. WHAT TO DO....

Good job today!

Kelli, you should come tomorrow just run easier. I don't think I'm going to go too hard because we are doing 20 on Saturday and I don't want to be totally dead.

I am electing to run at home. This way I get to sleep in and I will not get carried away with the group and run too hard (we all know how that happens).

You guys have a good run and I hope it is not a killer hill workout!

Jeff, thanks. Ill be there on the 4th. I like that half.

Paul thank you.

Lori, I enjoy watching runners come in so Ill watch for you. Drive safe.

K-dawg, Ill probably go early and run a slow paced run.
