I thought since i was tapering for Ogden i would skip a day this week. lol ok thats my excuse and im sticking to it. Today I went up to Daybreak to run with Misty and Charity. I ran by myself for 6 miles at a 7:05 pace.  I need to do more running by myself. It felt good and now i have my morning mileage and Teena cant bug me. lol

I hear ya! Sometimes I just like to run solo so I can listen to my own body rather than worrying about the person running beside me. Keep on tapering!

Christy I hear you on running by yourself. I really enjoy groups for accountability and the boringness.

Paul are you running Ogden?

I wondered what happened Thursday. Nice pace this morning, glad you got that early mileage in!! Where are you racing tomorrow? You're always racing Saturday.
