am—7.5 SC Reserve trails. We hit Black Brush and the front side of Barrel Roll. It’s been a while since I’ve been out there. Could make it a daily habit.

I finished Amazing Racers by Marc Bloom over the weekend. Quite a fascinating look at Bill Aris and FM cross-country. I wasn’t sure I was in the right headspace for a running/coaching book, but I’m glad I read it.
