am--7.5 After the warm-up, we headed down into Hell's Hole to the end of the trail. The hill back out was pretty tough today. Finished w/ striders.

am--6.5 Nice run into Middleton. It couldn't have been a nicer morning. Finished w/ barefoot striders on grass. The girls made me feel really old when they dusted me on the last one.

am--6.5 Nice run up the course from the park. The girls stayed together well during the first half, and then we broke into smaller groups on the way back. It would be great to stay in one big group the whole time. 

pm--4 Chukawalla / Turtle Wall loop w/ Tom. It was hot but not too hot. I still carried a handheld. Chatted a bit about gardening and fantasy novels. Good times.
