I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
am--3.5 .5 Barefoot warm-up then ran w/ the girls up the Turtle road and back. Breathing was more strained than preferred.
pm--4 Some tready miles while watching Star Wars IV w/ my girls. We're Star Wars freaks.
am--4.5 .5 Warm-up and a run out to AHERN and back. On the way back, the front group pushed the pace. I'm a little out of shape.
am--4.5 .5 Barefoot warm-up and then a few timed easy miles up by Maverick to internalize the feeling.
am--4 Once again, mostly barefoot on the soccer field grass. I like days like this.
pm--6.5 Anasazi w/ Tom to the homestead and back. Nice evening.
am--4.5 Nice run up into Grapevine. Ran mostly w/ Kaylee and Laub and Curls. Pace was pretty stout for what I have been running. Felt good though.
pm--6.5 Ran on the tready w/ .5 x 8.5%, .75 x 5%, and 1 x 3.5%. Oddly enough, I wore my old UVM shirt today and finished our 1st summer cycle of the Star Wars movies.
