pm--3 I didn't get out until late--It's my wife's bday. When I did get out it was with her. We had a good time chatting and enjoying the weather. It doesn't seem like there's any residual fatigue from Saturday. I guess that's good.

am--25 Woke up and ran a little neighborhood 5k fundraiser and then headed out into the hills--Anasazi Trail and Barrel Roll--before heading home. It seemed to drizzle the entire run.
