I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
pm--3.5 Basically Hot Nails and back. It was good to get out, but I'm not feeling much pep and am struggling a bit.
pm--4.5 Ran the warm and cool w/ the kids, sandwiched around the 6-min. test. I felt a bit better today and added 10 minutes. Patience.
pm--3.5 Mustang Pass, almost to the pass. Feeling a bit better everyday.
pm--4 Green Springs for a nice run. I'm feeling. . . better(?). Going on a week of running. That's a win. The sickness is waning. That's exciting. Bouncing back in 2019!!!
pm—3.5 A few miles before heading up north to a drill competition. The body’s coming back.
am—4 Same route in Orem as last Saturday. Felt a bit better.
