am--6.5 Extended Green Valley loop like last Friday, but today was way harder. I felt like I had just tempoed the whole thing when I finished. Maybe I should have backed off a bit the last 2 days. I chose not to because we are headed to the left coast to catch some baseball and other things. We'll be a game away from watching Kershaw. Bummer.
