am--5 a mile barefoot, core exercises, and a run into Green Springs. Extra pain in the IT today. I'm going to ice the crap out of it.

Vis,
The website to the cleanse is 'themastercleanse.org' . . . I agree it is so mental! Not easy, I'm hungry :)
We usually do Snow Canyon once a week, start at the bottom and so up and back is 10 miles. Going up we try to just not stop,(except for a drink at the campground) usually our average pace is in the low 9's and then coming down it's a treat and when we push it we can come down pretty fast in the 6's. But I don't like to race every run, so some mornings we just run to run and don't worry about time. If you ever want to come, another guy Gene(in is 50's but he's fast) usually comes too! Another group goes every Wed pretty faithfully and they have all sorts of paced runners, it's just nice to have others in the canyon so you don't get eaten by a Mountain Lion haha.
