am--10 Nice longish run. I didn't set an alarm. Just got up when the body said it was time and headed out for a run. I wanted to get some steady state/tinman (7:01-7:35) miles into the run. I decided to throw in some 10-minute sections--3 to be exact. I wasn't too concerned about a strict recovery in between. I just wanted to get some stouter running today. Overall the run turned out great. Average pace--7:44. It seemed that my legs wanted to keep close to the faster pace even during the off sections. Nice confidence run.
