am--20 Well that's done. Baggs and I ran from my house out to Kayenta and back. Just an easy pace. Good to get a long run in and to know that the heel can handle it. It's funny how a long run can salvage a mediocre week.

Great job! Always nice to put 20 in the bank. We were out that way as well today.

Thanks for dragging me out and not complaining as I held us back.

Or how a long run can really make an otherwise great week suck bad. Good job on the long run.

Baggs--You were dragging me. Twas great fun.

James--It's probably the crappy week that left me rested for the long run, but I hear you. You're probably a lot closer to where you want to be fitness-wise, so any little glitch in a run seems noticeable. Mike didn't seem to think that you were having any problems today.
