am--6.25 barefoot warm-up, core drills, and a hill workout disguised as an easy run on the trails in Coral Canyon. Then Manu and I ran a few barefoot on the grass. Felt better about life today.

Those trails out there are kind of beastly aren't they.
Don't worry about struggling. Your just getting back into a routine.
