am--5 Back at it today w/ the XC kids. I got there early and did an extra barefoot lap before core exercises and a 4-mile run. The legs are fatigued, and the IT on my right leg is achy. But, overall, a nice recovery run. It's good to get back at it.

Mike--I hooked myself up with a 14-week training schedule on RW smart coach. I intend on just getting some easy miles this week and next then trying to hit it hard. I know for sure that I want to get at least 2 quality runs a week--speedwork/tempo and a long run--all included in some 55-75 mile weeks. You?
