am--7 My neighbor and I drove up to Snow Canyon, ran up--3/4 of the way, back down, and drove home. We saw a few groups of runners. I've heard this is a pretty popular run. The uphill is difficult but makes a runner better I'm sure.

pm--5.75 Just a nice little run to get myself used to the warmer temps, even though is was only 84 degrees. I ran my old morning route.

Nice Snow Canyon run! That's my very favorite. We usually go on Wed am too, and so does another big group. They start around 5:15, and we start around 5 so we always see each other and it's nice to have other runners in the canyon. (well at least for us girls, it seems less likely for a mountain lion to eat us alive ha ha) I think when Craig and Aubree get here they'll probably join us for the canyon. It's so nice to do that hill workout once a week! I didn't make it there this morning, I'm taking a week or so off because of a pulled muscle. Anyway, long story short, great job on the canyon!

Those hills are gradual but pretty tough. I know Aubree likes the canyon. Your pulled muscle's a bummer, but you stay active enough that it shouldn't affect your fitness. Now just get better.
