am--6.5 DI/AC+/Costco Loop. Nice morning. C. Baller came and ran w/ the kids. What a positive, hard-working kid he is. 

pm--6 Fartlek. 2x 3-2-1 w/ equal recovery. All the pick-ups were in the upper 6's, which is speedy for me right now. I wanted to do some faster running & test the leg/groin. It seemed to hold up. Opening day was purty rad.
