Gut run. Going up we saw all of AF coming down. Very tough run. Ice bath after which felt great since I hurt my ankle coming down. Also, I was the first guy on our team coach put KT Tape on so I'm breaking barriers. My IT Bands were hurting and I'm not sure if the tape helped or the stretching I did.
1.6 mile recover with the team. Slighty faster than 11:34 average pace.
