Little over a mile warmup then butterfly for the workout. 1200, 1000, 800, 800, 1000, 1200 with a three minute break between each one. Everyone pushed it today so that was good but we still gotta grind harder. Ran one loop of our course to show Matt what it is for our cool down then did some weight stuff after stretching.
