I feel fairly good about this run. After breakfast, I intended to do just 3, but added on one once I got home. Pace was good 8:35 AP) with a progression down to a fast mile. (8:50, 8:41, 8:35, 8:16). I'm not sure about my goal tomorrow of being under 8:00 pace for the 5k, but I think with a warmup I can at least get close. |
