I'm pretty sure that I've forgotten to log some runs over the last couple weeks because I'm out of the habit, but probably not many.
I took almost a week off a couple weeks ago to rest my hip. During that time I stretched and did ab work instead of running. Then I stopped breastfeeding, so there were a few more days that running was not good. Then I went on a retreat where we did other stuff, and now here we are.
I only ran a little more than 2 during parent teacher conferences with one of the teachers. Apparently my pace was a bit fast for her. I thought I was letting her lead, but I guess not. It was windy.
