Another morning run. I was up about 1/2 hour before my alarm--couldn't go back to sleep and couldn't get up. We'll see how long this early morning crap lasts :)
Then my garmin for whatever reason will not turn on (it was charging since my run yesterday) so now I have to do some trouble shooting if I have time. I'm pretty sure I was slow, but whatever. I'm in recovery mode anyway. My foot was okay today, no hobbling, but a little sore. You guys are probably right. I should try something for it, as opposed to the nothing that I do right now. I'm going to start by taping it. If I can drag myself to a sporting goods store (Walmart doesn't carry KT tape and nothing else is really that convenient) I'll try that today.
