I woke up a little before my alarm and turned it off. But I'm not sure how many miles I'll do tomorrow, so I knew I couldn't afford to skip a day. SoI guilted myself out of bed. Gazelled 5 cross training miles. I'm exhausted. Running makes my cycle seriously irregular, so I may be getting my period, but I'm not sure. I haven't had it for a while. I hope it's on the way and not just that I'm getting sick. I feel like I've been running myself ragged for the past 6 weeks.
