Didn't really want to go out on this run.  When I was out on this run I was contemplating doing 4 miles, then 6, and finally I just figured if I was about 8, I would be satisfied.  It was easy and uneventful.

Avg: about 9:35.

Way to get out there and get it done anyway--seems things always get better if ya' can just get out the door and start.

I totally understand your thought process. It's funny what not wanting to get out the door can turn into.

It is funny how 4 can turn into 8. Great job getting your run done even when you didn't want to!

How is your foot? I forgot to tell you, don't wear your running shoes except to run. You need to get a pair of birkenstocks ... I swear, they will help. You shouldn't wear soft shoes, you need hard shoes with some arch support. Birkenstocks, "their not just for hippies anymore" ;-)

Doesn't feel bad after about mile 1 of running, but I feel it pretty much all the rest of the time, Bonnie. I don't wear my running shoes except for running, but I have been wearing my Merrils some days. They aren't hard, but they do have some great arches.

I'll look into some birkenstocks...I also need to get some arch supports. My prob is that my left (the foot from which every single one of my running aches and pains EVER stems) is significantly lower than my right. Years ago my sis made me some inserts, so I'm going to have her help me this time around, too.
