Long-Term Running Goals:

Continue running as often as I can, as far as I can, as fast as I can. Teaching my kids (by example) the rewards that come from putting in the work. Very slowly get to 50 states.

Personal:

I'm married, with two sons, 18, and 19.

I started running because someone dared me to.

I ran my first race 3 days after my 40th birthday. (Disney)

6 on the trails. 7:30 am start. It's amazing how a slightly lower dew point can change your run. I live @ 8 months per year with the dew point above 70, usually around 75. Then today it is 67. It was really great out there.  

Also, I watched The Social Dilemma the last couple of nights. It was eye opening. I'm not even on Facebook, but the movie got me to think about screen time choices for me, and my kids.
