Long-Term Running Goals:

Continue running as often as I can, as far as I can, as fast as I can. Teaching my kids (by example) the rewards that come from putting in the work. Very slowly get to 50 states.

Personal:

I'm married, with two sons, 15, and 17.

I started running because someone dared me to.

I ran my first race 3 days after my 40th birthday. (Disney)

5 on the trails this morning. dropped 10 degrees overnight.       

 also, I'm giving up on the tiny home electrical improvements project I've taken on this weekend. I've been zapped way too much in the last couple of days!

5.5 miles. It was silly warm for 6 am. everything is clicking off nice. I may have over-tapered for this race, but it has been a crazy couple of weeks. I'll just take my PR and shut up then. 

I drive across the state tonight after work. I'll get to the place where I am staying in Pompano probably near 9 pm. Expo tomorrow morning. I'll meet up with Michael for dinner tomorrow. Maybe before dinner, if his schedule will permit. That dude is cramming as much Florida into this trip as possible!
