Short-Term Running Goals:

2024 GOALS:

to not get fat

Long-Term Running Goals:

Continue running as often as I can, as far as I can, as fast as I can. Teaching my kids (by example) the rewards that come from putting in the work. Very slowly get to 50 states.

Personal:

I'm married, with two sons, 18, and 19.

I started running because someone dared me to.

I ran my first race 3 days after my 40th birthday. (Disney)

3.5 miles hood route. 7am start. These Gator games are exhausting. I wore my gator running shirt this morning. Two cars honked and gave me the chomp. I also saw a group of 8 tricked out mazda miatas. That's different.

Yep. Another exciting finish for Florida.

Yes indeed - and makes you want to get you and 7 friends and trick out some mini coopers. Or not.

lol, i know one person who lives in florida (other than you), and she drives a miata.

i'm sorry but i was cheering for KY only because of that sorry history and all. the poor guy with the holding penalty...legitimately crying

Wow Allie. I’m impressed. You are a true college football fan. Nice analysis there. I was pulling for KY for the same reason. Sorry Tom.

Kentucky is cursed in football. There is no doubt. In 1993, Danny Wuerffel threw 7 interceptions, and the Gators STILL won! There is no doubt in my mind, that had that holding call not been made, SOMETHING would have lost the game for Kentucky. A low-flying blimp would have blocked the kick, perhaps. That's just as believable as deciding not to cover the wideouts for two plays and GIVE your opponent 14 points. I don't hate Kentucky. I think of them in the "Well, bless his heart" kind of way the Yankees must look at the Rays.

Having said that, NO game can be considered a gimmee for the Gators, and yet somehow, they'll win the SEC east. MacElwain is the luckiest coach to walk the planet.

haha -- james was saying the same thing. "watch -- they'll mess it up! just wait, it's going to happen. they're going to mess it up somehow. they won't win..."

...and then they didn't win. lol lol brutal.

they have cool uniforms, though.

From Tom K on Wed, Sep 27, 2017 at 15:45:08 from 47.206.60.114

shiny helmets, unfortunate football.

Wait, if they had the awful uniforms of say, Maryland, would it be OKAY to beat them year after year? Is that what we're saying?

From allie on Wed, Sep 27, 2017 at 17:57:57 from 172.4.198.186

yes, that's what we're saying. someone needs to have a chat with wyoming
