Beat Terry Bean at any distance at least one time before I depart this earth.

Run until I'm 99 with Kim by my side and remember that EVERY RUN IS A GREAT RUN!

I've been married to the lovely Kimberly for 38 years. We have 5 great kids and 5 great grandkids.
Went to the track with Kim and did 6 x 400 with her. She did great and I'm glad I'm able to keep up and starting to feel like my legs are coming back.
Easy recovery run in the early morning. Warmer than usual for Dec around 40 degrees. I wore shorts!
Another mild morning for Dec. Ran up/down 1st hill 10 times for fun.
Nice morning for a 12 mile run.
