I've been married to the lovely Kimberly for 38 years. We have 5 great kids and 5 great grandkids.
Felt pretty sluggish this morning. Settled for a gingerly 5 miles. Also went for as brisk walk on the BST before lunch.
Another dandy Payson canyon run. 7:10 ave pace.
Taking it a little easy this and legs tired after the canyon run so just ran 2 miles and walked another 1 or 2.
Still a bit sluggish and got caught in the rain! Slogged through 5 miles.
Dandy trail hike/run with Kimi up to top of Loafer and back. Fun stuff! Hard to know how to count these miles so I'll just do what I did last time and count 12 miles.
