Payson canyon up/down run with Kim, Dan and Chad. Pateetneet to just before Beercan and back. Nice morning!
Ran down Payson Canyon from just above Maple Dell down to Pateetneet. Legs feeling pretty good as we ease into the steep downhill training.
Ran up and down heartbreak a few times
