I've been married to the lovely Kimberly for 38 years. We have 5 great kids and 5 great grandkids.
Another soggy run with Dan the man.
Experienced the joy of Loafer Mtn for the 1st time this year with Dan and Ludlow. A bit nippy right around freezing.
Will be traveling on Saturday and was looking like weather Friday morning could be nasty so decided to get a longer run in.
Weather not so bad as predicted I was overdressed. Legs a bit tired today as to be expected after Loafer on Wed and long run yesterday. No runs until Monday should give me plenty of time to recover. Looking forward to trip to Seattle!
