Good luck to you and Kim at St. George. It looks like Kim's goal this year is to go slow and avoid injury. A couple of weeks ago you told Terry your plans were to "turtle my way to the finish then take some time off from running for a while". Is that still the plan? Whatever your plans I hope you and Kim have a great weekend, and bump into you at some point.

Who's Doc Ludlow? What's the idea with the many day's off? That's how I tapered for the big 50 miler, however it is because I got sick.

Paul - Yes that's still the plan, turtle mode all the way! :) Hope things go well for you and hope to see you at the finish.

Terry - Doc Ludlow is a guy we run with who likes to not do much running at all the week of the marathon. I figured since I've been feeling old & beat up I'd give it shot.
