I bought a resistance band with cuffs so I can put them around my ankles. So I did the monster walk on the TM. I could only go .6 mph but put the incline up to 15. I did this for 15 minutes. My thighs were burning. 3 miles on the TM. Faster than normal. Now to the bummer part of the workout. I saw a bossu ball and went to pick it up to move it over to where I was doing my PT exercises and I dropped it on my left foot. OUCH!!!!!! Holy smoly that hurt (and still really hurts). 3x 10xsquats on bossu 10xplank with weighted row LLL When I got home, I took a shower and while I was washing my face my contact went to the back of my eye. It took me an hour to try to get it out. Honestly....I have no coordination! |
