This was a mighty slow run! I think my first two miles were a 10:43/mm. I couldn't move any faster than that :). I finally got the pace down to 10/mm. My calves loosened up a bitt by the end of the run, but a still tight. Everything feels a bit creaky :) Lots of stretching and foam rolling. We worked in our yard all night. It always feels good to do the spring clean up! |
