Another rest day. Hip is still on FIRE!! I went to see the PT today. He said that the hip flexor and piraformis was strained and weak. He did estim with heat, ultrasound and a massage on it. He was very surprised at how many of the stretches I already knew (for the hip flexor and piraformis) and how flexible I was. He video tapped me running and we looked at it. Such ugly form! I'm suppose to come back for a few more visits. I really want to correct the "thing" that is causing my hip to hurt. It has been aching ever since I had kids.
