3x 10 squats on Smith Machine 60 planks 10 hamstring thingys...stand on one leg and lower the 25lb bar 25xLLL (bent knee, toe out, toe up)....burning!!!!!! 3 miles on stair mill - nice and slow, but oh so sweaty foam roll and lots of stretching I'm feeling good after Saturday's run. My lower legs are tender...mostly shins and around the ankle. Hmmmmm.....
