I spent all day skiing at Brighton with my hubby and four kids. It has been TEN years since I've hit the slopes (as in before I had children). I was really nervous about remembering how to ski, but it is just like riding a bike. I skied with my kids so that included green hills all day. I realized (just like with running) it is harder to ski slow than to ski fast! My hip flexors got a really good workout. Lots of starting and stopping and snow-plowing!!! Everyone is very tired!! |
